Namibian inselbergs

This research confirmed that some species disappearing from surrounding degraded lowlands maintain viable populations on inselbergs from where they can re-colonise degraded lands. Research in Namibia continues with focus on botanical inventories and biogeographic patterns to guide conservation planning.
